This Privacy Policy explains how Agile Forge LLC handles information in connection with What We Carry, the What We Carry website pages, and related support communications.

What We Carry is a family-first narrative survival game for iPhone and iPad that is currently being prepared for App Store release. The current app design does not require an Agile Forge account, does not include advertising, does not use third-party analytics or tracking, and does not upload complete gameplay data to Agile Forge LLC by default.

The app stores gameplay state locally on your device. If you use supported Game Center features, the app may send the limited achievement progress and leaderboard scores needed for those features to Apple. StoreKit handles purchase and restore entitlements. Agile Forge LLC receives only information you voluntarily send to support, plus limited platform or diagnostic information Apple may make available under its services and policies.

Information the App Stores Locally

What We Carry may store gameplay information locally on your device, such as current run state, run history, family setup, companion names, companion state, memories, relationships, outcomes, inventory, shelter, crafting, foraging, scavenging, events, mini-games, scenario decisions, quests, daily challenge progress, achievements, progression, settings, preferences, app state, and the Full Game entitlement cache after a verified App Store purchase.

This local information is used to operate the game and preserve your progress. Agile Forge LLC does not receive this local gameplay information unless you choose to send it to us, export it, back it up through platform services, or share it using device features. Supported Game Center submissions are separate Apple-managed platform processing described below and are not a default upload of your complete gameplay data to Agile Forge LLC.

Information You Choose to Provide

You may choose to provide information to Agile Forge LLC when you contact us for support, send feedback, bug reports, crash details, screenshots, save files, diagnostic information, or communicate with us by email or through the website.

This information may include your name, email address, device details, app version, operating system version, support messages, attachments, and any gameplay data you choose to include. We use this information to respond to you, troubleshoot issues, improve the app, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.

Website Information

The website at https://theagileforge.com may collect basic technical information that web servers commonly receive, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring pages, and timestamps.

The public website is currently static and does not use third-party analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, contact forms, or mailing lists. Hosting and security infrastructure may process normal server request and error logs. Those website logs are not What We Carry gameplay telemetry.

App Store Purchases

The first chapter of What We Carry is free to play. The app has one optional non-consumable Full Game unlock through Apple's App Store in-app purchase system; the unlock opens the rest of the five-scenario journey and Endless Mode.

Apple processes App Store purchases, StoreKit entitlement and restore requests, billing, refunds, purchase history, payment credentials, and Family Sharing eligibility. Agile Forge LLC does not receive your payment card information from the app, and no price is stated in this policy.

Game Center

What We Carry supports Apple Game Center achievements and leaderboards for supported game features. If you use Game Center, Apple may process Game Center account, profile, achievement, leaderboard, device, and related platform information according to Apple's policies and your device settings.

What We Carry reports only supported achievement progress and leaderboard scores to Game Center when those features are used. The app also maintains local achievement progress on your device. It does not send complete saves, family details, or full run histories to Agile Forge LLC by default.

App Store, Device, and Operating System Data

Apple may make limited aggregate or diagnostic information available to developers through App Store Connect, TestFlight, Game Center, StoreKit, or operating system tools, such as crash logs, performance diagnostics, install reporting, purchase reporting, and achievement or leaderboard configuration status. Apple manages these platform services under its policies and user settings.

When available, Agile Forge LLC uses this limited platform information to improve app quality, validate app distribution, troubleshoot issues, and understand app performance. It is separate from local device gameplay storage and information you voluntarily send to support.

Information We Do Not Collect in the Current App Design

The current What We Carry app design does not collect advertising identifiers or IDFA, precise location, contacts, photos or camera data, microphone recordings, health data, payment card information, a separate Agile Forge user account or social profile, chat or messaging content, or gambling, wagering, contest, loot box, or prize entries. Apple-managed Game Center achievements and leaderboards are covered above.

If future versions add features that collect additional information, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are released.

Tracking and Advertising

What We Carry does not use third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or cross-app or cross-website tracking. We do not use your gameplay data for targeted advertising.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information only in limited circumstances: with service providers who help operate the website, email, support, or hosting; with Apple or platform providers as necessary for App Store distribution, StoreKit purchases and restore, Family Sharing, Game Center achievements and leaderboards, TestFlight, diagnostics, or platform operation; if required by law, subpoena, court order, or legal process; to protect the rights, safety, and security of Agile Forge LLC, users, or others; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We require any service provider that processes personal information on our behalf to provide the same or equivalent protection described in this policy and required by applicable law. Apple-managed platform services remain governed by Apple's privacy terms and your Apple Account or device settings.

We do not share complete local gameplay data with Agile Forge LLC or third parties by default. Information you voluntarily include in a support message or attachment is handled as support communication.

Data Retention

Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete it, delete the app, clear saves, or remove it through operating system features.

Support communications and voluntarily provided information are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, improve the app, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. StoreKit purchase records and Game Center achievement and leaderboard data are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies and user settings.

Your Choices

You can delete local saves or app data using in-app or operating system tools, choose whether to use Game Center features where Apple provides that choice, manage Family Sharing and purchase settings through Apple, choose not to send support attachments, save files, screenshots, or diagnostic details, delete the app from your device, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you have provided directly to us.

Some data may remain where retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention, platform records, or legitimate business needs.

Children's Privacy

What We Carry is not intended to collect personal information from children. The app does not require accounts, does not provide public chat, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to Agile Forge LLC, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information we receive. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining backups of local gameplay data that is important to you.

International Users

Agile Forge LLC is based in the United States. If you use What We Carry or contact us from outside the United States, information you provide may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of What We Carry after an updated Privacy Policy is posted means you acknowledge the updated policy.
