This notice explains how Agile Forge LLC handles information for general website visits, consulting inquiries, support links, and business communications on theagileforge.com.
It does not replace the product-specific privacy policies for What We Carry or Sideline Strategist.

If you email Agile Forge, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, organization, project context, support details, attachments, and message history.
Website operation
The public website is a static site. It does not currently use a public contact form, advertising cookies, third-party analytics tags, or account login. Hosting and security infrastructure may process normal server request information such as IP address, requested URL, user agent, timestamps, and error logs.
Use and retention
Agile Forge uses inquiry and operational information to respond to messages, operate the website, protect the service, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. Retention depends on business need, security, legal requirements, and the nature of the request.
Future analytics or forms
If analytics, cookies, contact forms, mailing lists, or similar features are added later, we will update this notice before those features go live.
